EQUITY: THE FOUNDATION OF OUR WORK
At Catalyst we are reimagining education. Organizations of all kinds achieve the results for which they were designed--schools are no different. Traditional school models were never designed to serve all scholars well and, as a result, achievement gaps persist.

At Catalyst we recognize that bias exists and plays out in all organizations- including our own. We recognize that privilege is real and we understand that a core part of our work is leading for equity and disrupting bias in all its forms. This work can be uncomfortable at times, and we are looking for colleagues who are willing to lean into this work to better our school culture and serve our scholars and their families.

As a start, please read through these articles regarding equity in education. When we meet, we look forward to discussing these with you.
